The WINNER will be the Washington State representative in the MISS TEEN USA® Pageant or MISS USA® Pageant who then goes on to compete in the MISS UNIVERSE® Pageant as seen on NBC Universal! In addition, the winners and top finalists in Washington, will receive thousands in cash, prizes, awards and scholarships.
