Abby is so excited to be representing her favorite little town of Snohomish! Abby currently attends Glacier Peak High School where she is a Junior Class Officer, Speech and Debate Club President, Speech Captain, a Varsity Cheerleader and a member of GPHS’s DECA Chapter. She hopes that she can inspire those around her to embrace all of their quirks and be confident with who they are.

Ami, 15, is a varsity cheerleader, holds a 3.7 GPA and in National Honor Society, loves animals and traveling. She wants to study pediatric dermatology. Ami was diagnosed with psoriasis. She has dealt with the effects of this autoimmune disease which has motivated her to educate others and be a youth ambassador for the National Psoriasis Foundation. Ami believes confidence is beauty and every young woman should be confident with who they are and what they believe in.

Anastasia is making the most of her senior year at Cascade Christian by playing varsity tennis, traveling across the world for mission trips and serving her school as the ASB Vice President. Apart from school, Anastasia shares her gift of being a classical pianist with her church, youth group and school by playing the keyboard during worship. After graduating, Anastasia intends on becoming an orthodontist to help boost people’s confidence by creating beautiful smiles.

As a social and goal-driven student, Angela works hard to retain knowledge and experience by taking the most rigorous courses available: the IB Diploma program. Outside of school, she’s in numerous activities to enhance her love for business such as DECA, FCCLA, and Swim Team. Further, she founded the Cinderella Project at her school—aimed towards providing formal wear for students in need, and has worked with the former mayor of Bellevue to empower Chinese Americans in WA.

Arianna, 17, is a senior at Shadle Park High School, attending Spokane Falls Community College in the Running Start program. Arianna volunteers at the Spokane Humane Society, attends Young Life, maintains two jobs at a grocery store and Spokane Princess Parties, and manages her Facebook page “Make Hope Your Story”. Post high school, she will attend a university to become a psychiatrist so she can help people overcome their mental health battles.

Cassidy, 15, is a junior at John R. Rogers High School. She enjoys her biomedical classes and aspires to go to the University of Washington and eventually become a surgeon. She wants to be able to go home at the end of each day and know that she made a difference. She wants to save lives. Her favorite thing at the end of the day is to watch Friends on Netflix while cuddling with her cat.

Emily is a senior at Tahoma High School and a full-time running start student at Green River College. When she isn’t studying, hiking, or snowboarding, she works as a part-time nanny for two adorable boys. Emily is a competitive archer and Pro-Staff for Cabela’s; she teaches archery and gives advice at their events. She is passionate about the environment, loves her puppy and family, and aspires to be a Human Resource Manager.

Emma is a senior at Kamiakin High School. She has been in school leadership for four years and will be ASB President this year. Emma is involved in Spanish Club, Link Crew, and serves on the board of her school’s National Honor Society. Having an autistic brother has inspired her to volunteer at a Horse Sanctuary for disabled children. She plans to become a pediatrician and travel the world making a difference in young lives.

Hailey is a 14 year old Puyallup native.  She is currently taking all Advanced Placement classes as a 9th grader and puts school first.  Her passion is fashion, interior design and cosmetology.  Her goal is to go to Washington State University and earn a Business Degree.  She is compassionate, witty and loves volunteering in the classrooms of her past teachers at her elementary school.

Hannah is a 17-year-old 2nd year Running Start student at Columbia Basin College and a senior at Prosser High School. In her spare time, she sketches and writes. She also volunteers with Girl Scouts and at the local middle school. She loves spending time with her family and getting outdoors when she can. She also loves working with the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Spokane and the goals they are working towards.

Traveling back forth from India to America, has given Jasleen an incredible ability to communicate cross-culturally and a heart for those living in poverty. Jasleen is dedicated to her temple and takes part in feeding the homeless.

At the age of 18 she is already a junior and eager to pursue a legal degree prior to undergraduate work. But school isn’t her only passion, she also enjoys modeling and acting, recently making her international debut at Paris Fashion Week 2017.

Lily, 16, is president of her junior class, a varsity cheerleader, NHS and Tri-m member, Hugh O’Brian Youth Leader alumni, and now president of Smize Foundation- a nonprofit corporation that is linking High School students with local food banks to provide donations, volunteer sign-ups for summer lunch programs and spreading the awareness of community outreach. Lily has a passion for deaf culture and uses sign language to interpret rap and Hip Hop songs.

MacKenzie, 16 is a junior honor roll student in all honors classes at International Connections Academy. She is a competitive dancer and recently walked the runway at New York Fashion Week. She has presented her bullying awareness message to hundreds of students and her social media campaign was recently endorsed by Tariq Trotter of “The Tonite Show” house band, “The Roots.” MacKenzie plans to attend New York University to study journalism and filmmaking.

Marianne attends Phillips Academy and is a coxswain for the men’s crew team. She’s involved with the school’s community engagement program, and civic clubs like Girl Up and the Non-Sibi Society. Passionate about the importance of youth education and leadership, she finds joy in mentoring kids and volunteering her time to various non-profits. Marianne is an award-winning young classical singer who has performed at Carnegie Hall. Some of her interests include ballet, piano, and musical theatre.

Mary Anna wants to win the title of Miss Washington Teen USA to spread awareness further about Multiple Sclerosis, a disease close to her heart, and to show other teens that anything is possible.

Maya is a junior at Kent-Meridian High School where she enjoys playing varsity tennis and volunteering with Key Club. Maya is a part of her school’s leadership program and National Honors Society. Outside of school she has volunteered over 150 hours at the zoo and also volunteers for the South Sound Youth Board. She hopes to inspire others to take action and protect the environment. She aspires to model and later become an environmental lawyer.

Noelle, a freshman at Western Washington University, is pursuing her Ph.D. in Pharmacy and plans to become a Nuclear Pharmacist. She enjoys working with the National Education Association and the Read Across America program. After finding her way back from significantly difficult childhood, which manifested into self-esteem issues, Noelle wrote an inspirational children’s e-book. She is passionate about helping other children through their own challenges, and believes children deserve to feel confident and loved.

She wants to be a Trauma surgeon or an Emergency Room Physician and has spent countless hours in the community volunteering for multiple nonprofit organizations. Traveling around the country as a National level athlete keeps her busy. Her hobby’s include ballet, tap, gymnastics, cheer, archery, fishing, and camping.

After obtaining her Associate of Arts degree from Pierce College, Samantha now attends Eastern Washington University as a Children’s Studies major. Samantha got involved with pageants through mentorship programs at the age of seven. Due to her love of people with disabilities, she created her platform, Miss Exceptional: a special needs pageant. Samantha currently has raised over $17,000 for local non-profits across Washington State.
